Booking Terms

When making a reservation at Leighton House B & B our terms and conditions apply as follows below.
When booking one or more rooms with Leighton House B & B a deposit of £10 per room per night is payable which is none refundable weather it be paid by credit card, cash or cheque.
We require a full 48 hours notice if a booking is to be cancelled for any reason.
Any damaged caused to the property or fittings by any guest during there stay will be charged to that guest or the persons that made the booking using the credit card details supplied or in cash but not by cheque unless we approve payment by cheque.
