We are situated at Hollingwoth Lake, Littleborough,Nr Rochdale, Gr Manchester. We are aproximatly 2 miles from the M62 Motorway Juction 21 and very 
close to the main bus rout and only a 10 to 15 mins walk from Smithy Bridge Train Station.

There are plenty of eating places all within walking distance close by the lake with nice views
There is also a country park close by or if you feel like a walk after breakfast you can a walk
around the Lake wich is aproximatly a 2 I/2 miles.
Or you can watch the wind surfers on the lake or hire a boat ( in sumer mainly )
